Vermeer Southwest Welcomes Two New Board Members

GILBERT, ARIZONA, December 16 – Vermeer Southwest announced it recently expanded its board of directors to include two new director positions with the selection of Dale Siever and Larry Kayton. They each will serve an initial three-year term. With their appointments, the Vermeer Southwest corporate board now has seven directors, Kyle Pieratt remains chairman of the board, along with Anthony Briggs, Steve Heap, Austin Bonnema and Ryan Agre.­­

“We felt it was important to get a wholistic view of both the current marketplace and day-to-day operations from a broader standpoint,” said Kyle Pieratt, president of Vermeer Southwest and chairman of the board. “The additional points of view from proven veteran leaders within our organization only enhances our ability of the board to give governance and effective oversight in the fast paced and ever-changing markets we compete in.”

Dale Siever is currently the general manager of the Gilbert, Arizona dealership and has been with the company for 22 years. He has served as a sales representative, sales manager, store manager and most recently promoted to general manager in April of 2019.

Larry Kayton is currently the vice president of finance & administration and is in his 15th year with the company. He currently manages accounting and administration, human resources, retail finance, information technology, marketing, and corporate parts. Larry was also recently appointed to an officer of the company as corporate treasurer.
